Our Story

Owen Phelan — Founder, age 10

A mom and son,
a lemonade stand,
and a bigger idea.

Phelan Sips was started by Melissa Phelan and her son Owen. Owen is 10 years old, and the whole idea started during homeschooling — a simple question about how a kid could actually run a real business in his own neighborhood.

Melissa and Owen work to bring power back into the hands of the American people and help restore small businesses one neighborhood at a time. Thanks to Owen, Phelan Enterprises is born.
